2012/2013 Academy Registration Information

Please refer to the registration section for information on the Registration process and registration forms that you can download and fill out. 

We will be accepting registration forms for the 2012/2013 school year in January 2012.  Registration forms must be complete with a deposit of $150 and a copy of the latest report card. 

Registration forms for both the Belmont Hockey Academy and the Spencer Hockey Academy are to be handed into Spencer Middle School. 

Please be sure to make all cheques payable to School District #62
